Carology, Inc. (the “Company” “we” “our” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy and developing technology that gives you the most powerful and safe online experience. This Statement of Privacy applies to the use of our MyCarology Web Site mycarology.com and all mycarology.com\DEALERSHIPNAME web sites (collectively, the “MyCarology Web Site”) and services offered by us, and governs data collection and usage. Please note that this Statement of Privacy does not apply to your use of unaffiliated or linked sites with which the MyCarology Web Site links. CHILDREN

We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. Therefore, we prohibit registration by children under the age of 13 for all interactive portions of the MyCarology Website including forums, chats and message boards.
